As Insurance Agents, our income is based on a commission schedule that is set by each of the carriers. Our commission is automatically built into the premium that you pay monthly, and is not eliminated if you go direct to the carrier for your insurance. You pay the same rate to work with an Agent as you do to work with the carrier directly. Our role is to be the intermediary between you and the Carrier and to ensure that your needs are being met, claims are processed appropriately, and you receive the level of service you expect.
